Bold City Fitness is led by Zach Zovath, a strength and endurance coach with over 20 years of training experience.
Zach is an ultramarathon runner, Ironman athlete, and performance coach who has helped hundreds of people improve their strength, endurance, and overall health.
His coaching philosophy is simple: workouts should be efficient, structured, and scalable so anyone can improve regardless of their starting point.
Every session at Bold City Fitness is personally coached, ensuring proper technique, progression, and accountability.
