What a Workout Looks Like
Warm Up
Every session begins with structured mobility and muscle activation to prepare your body for training.
Workout
We use structured circuits combining strength movements and conditioning work. Every exercise is coached and scaled to your fitness level.
Cooldown
Workouts end with a celebration of what was just accomplished. High five your neighbor and take a warm down lap that leaves you feeling accomplished.
All workouts are completed in about 30 minutes.

Meet Your Coach
Bold City Fitness is led by Zach Zovath, a strength and endurance coach with over 20 years of training experience.
Zach is an ultramarathon runner, Ironman athlete, and performance coach who has helped hundreds of people improve their strength, endurance, and overall health.
His coaching philosophy is simple: workouts should be efficient, structured, and scalable so anyone can improve regardless of their starting point.
Every session at Bold City Fitness is personally coached, ensuring proper technique, progression, and accountability.
