After more than two decades coaching athletes and everyday people, I kept seeing the same problem. People working hard but going nowhere because they had workouts without a plan. Bold City Fitness is led by Zach Zovath, a strength and endurance coach with more than 20 years of training experience.
Zach has coached hundreds of individuals ranging from beginners starting their fitness journey to endurance athletes competing in marathons, ultramarathons, and Ironman events.
His approach combines strength training, metabolic conditioning, and endurance principles to help people build strength, improve performance, and maintain long-term health.
